NORA nutritive loose leaf tea

NORA tea is a blend of nettles, oat straw, red raspberry leaf, and alfalfa. The benefits are immense! 
 
Nettles is extremely nutritive- this plant is high in iron, vitamins A, C, and K, and a plethora of other minerals. Oat straw is another nutritional powerhouse with B vitamins, magnesium, bioavailable calcium, and potassium. RRL contains phosphorus, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and vitamins A,B,C, and E. RRL is one of the highest herbal sources of manganese also. Alfalfa contains vitamins A, B6, E, D, and K as well as beta-carotene, copper, iron, chlorophyll, and fatty acids. 
 
So what does this all do? 
This helps fight anemia, strengthen and support the body for pregnancy and an easier labor, and can help with milk production and support postpartum healing. NORA tea is recommended to start during the 16th week of pregnancy onward. 
 
Don’t have a uterus? Not a problem! The nutritional benefits are still there! These herbs gently help support kidney and liver function as well, which can be helpful for fluid retention issues and balancing blood sugars.  
 
This tea is best enjoyed as a long infusion for maximum mineral extraction. Simply place 1/2 inch of herb in the bottom of a quart jar, add hot water, and steep overnight. Aim for drinking 1 quart daily, or at least 4 cups weekly at minimum. To make one cup, add 1TB of tea to 8 ounces of water and steep for as long as possible.
